In 2004 political scientist Nhlanhla Mtaka founded Ingabadi Group. His vision was to create a niche political advisory, research and strategic planning firm.
Perhaps best known in media circles for his witty political analysis conveyed through various educative radio programmes and newspaper columns Nhlanhla Mtaka has served as a consultant for a host of decision makers during the course of his career including the Zulu monarch, Prime Minister of Lesotho, Tom Tabane, deputy minister of higher education, Mduduzi Manana and renowned playwright Mbongeni Ngema.
In addition to his work as a political communications and policy advisor, Mtaka is an experienced and sought after commentator on South African political economy and international relations. He frequently features on major radio stations like Radio 702, SAFM, Radio 2000, Ukhozi FM and has written columns for The Mercury, Isolezwe, Sunday Times and The Witness.
